The story

Construction began in January 2005 and finished in March 2007, at a cost of about $100 million. Many older listings call it the tallest residential building in Minnesota; it's now second.

What stands out

Before you buy here

  • In a large tower, the association's budget, reserves and any big-ticket system replacements (elevators, windows, mechanicals) matter as much as the unit itself. Ask for the reserve study.
  • Ask for the association’s resale disclosure certificate, budget, reserve study and recent minutes. Minnesota law gives you specific rights around that certificate; see our buying and financing guide.
