LoftsCondos.com is an independent guide to buying and living in lofts and condos. It started with two domain names registered in 2005 and a simple idea: the useful stuff about condo buying (loan rules, HOA finances, what you actually own) is scattered across lender guides and statutes, and the building-level stuff is buried in listing sites.

So we write the plain-English guides, and we go building by building, starting with Minneapolis. Every building page is checked against county records, lists its sources, and says what to ask before you buy.
