The story

These aren't conversions. Schafer Richardson built the three buildings new, one after another, with an industrial look: 710 Lofts in 2004, 720 in 2005 and 730 in 2007. UrbanWorks Architecture worked on 720 Lofts with Cuningham Group as architect of record.

All three sit in one master condominium, with a shared parking structure topped by a green roof.

What stands out

Before you buy here

  • All three buildings share one association (county CIC No. 1300), so its budget, reserves and any assessments cover all of them, not just the building you live in.
  • Some listing sites describe 730 Lofts as having 209 units; county records show 110 condominium units at 730. A low-income rental next door is recorded as “Lofts at 730” and is unrelated to the condo.
  • Ask for the association’s resale disclosure certificate, budget, reserve study and recent minutes. Minnesota law gives you specific rights around that certificate; see our buying and financing guide.
